The Process for Invisible Braces

You wear your aligners for approximately 22 hours every day, but you may remove them while enjoying a meal and when you’re brushing and flossing your teeth. Your dentist will tell you how long your therapy will last and how often to change out your aligner to the next one in the series.
Following therapy with clear braces, your dentist provides you with a retainer to help prevent orthodontic relapse. Orthodontic relapse means your teeth shift back to the state they were in before therapy. Your dentist does not want this to happen.
